Hello, 

I have a lovely double room to rent in a 3 storey property, overlooking the river Trent in Newark on Trent. 

The house is spacious with a large kitchen on the ground floor with full mod cons, a garage with a washer and separate dryer. 
The first floor is the living room, with balcony looking over the river Trent, which is a great sun catcher in the summer. 
The bedroom is also on the first floor and it’s a great large double room with lots of storage space, a double bed with a brand new mattress and a separate bathroom, with a bath and shower on the landing. The third floor is my space and office. 

I am looking for a professional person to share the house with, I’m 44yrs old professional and looking to share with someone of a similar age, but would consider an age range of 35-55 yrs. If you are looking for a very short term let and work at Newark hospital, this space would also be ideal for you, easy access to the hospital and flexible with the time required for a rental.  

I have my own company and travel to London often to visit clients. 

If you’re a Londoner looking to move to a quieter location but with great access back into London, the house is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station, where the trains take you pretty much direct to  London King’s Cross, in 1.15-1.30hrs. 
I moved out of London to here for a more balanced lifestyle. The train service is quick and efficient. 

You can travel easily to Leeds, York, Lincoln, Nottingham and Edinburgh by train if you like to explore. 

Newarks a pretty tourist town with a castle and the river runs through it, with Lincoln and Nottingham in easy reach by car or train. 

It has marinas, a rowing club, park run’s plenty of gyms, yoga & pilates classes in the town and of course lots of local pubs, cafes and restaurants. 

If you like getting out doors, the Peak District is about 1hr30 drive from here and great for hiking. I tend to go out for a hike at least once a month. 

Happy to start on a 3 month contract or less (if you’re a medical professional).
