As this is an Independent Living scheme we can only accept applicants over 55 years old. The property is suitable to a couple or a single person, however those applicants may be subject to bedroom tax. Regrettably we can not accept families with children for this property. 

We do not take deposits however the successful applicant will be required to pay one months rent up front.
