You will find the first bedroom on the ground floor close to the entrance to the house. The other three double bedrooms are situated upstairs. 
Bills included only for students.

 This property benefits from permit-free roadside parking and garden access. Property is offered fully furnished with all appliances and furniture.

 The landlord pays all the bills such as water, council tax,broadbad,gas and electricity. There is a cap of £100 for gas and electricity. This is for the mindful use of the above. If the gas and electricity bill go above £100, they pay £100 and the 4 tenants has to equally divide the money above £100.It is very rarely the bill goes above £100.
