Westgate Hill Terrace is a short beautiful Georgian Terrace a 5 minute walk into town. Just below Summerhill Square off Westgate Road.  It is a quiet oasis just away from the hussle and bussle of the main road, with a large garden to enjoy in the summer.

The communal areas are currently undergoing renovation / redecoration. New photos and videos will be available soon.

This 3 Storey house has stripped flooring throughout. Large lounge and Kitchen. Dining room / Utility Room. Leather Sofas.  The bathroom has just been replaced, with period styling, an oak washstand with a stone top.

All bills are included.

The room is not massive and has a small double bed, but is priced accordingly.
We are hoping to find a like minded male or female houesmate to compliment the current group, the other housemates are professionals, 2 female and one male.
There is on street parking available with a permit.
The remaining room is long and thin with room for a small desk. Additional storage is available on the landing.
