Bathroom: bathtub and a rain shower. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and is for your exclusive use.

Living Space: fully furnished entrance lobby and open plan living room with TV (TV licence included), dining table and kitchen with all the usual amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, etc). There are also two large balconies for use. There is high speed internet throughout the property (included).

Resident Facilities include:

- Leisure Centre: Sauna, Gym, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi (a one-off registration fee of £25 applies)

Location: Excellent transport links for Canary Wharf and the City. The flat is a few minutes' walk from Pontoon Dock DLR Station. The Elizabeth line is 6 mins away by bus or a 15 min walk. The property is close to the River Thames, Royal Victoria Dock, City Airport, Excel London and various parks. Westfield Stratford is 12 mins away on the DLR.

Me: I’m the owner-landlord. I’m 39, male, British Punjabi, a corporate lawyer. This is my city home so I’m usually here around 3 nights a week. I also travel abroad often, so will be away (sometimes months) throughout the year. You will have plenty of alone time to enjoy the shared spaces in the flat.

Bills: the rate includes council tax, electricity, broadband, TV licence, water. The heating/hot water bill is to be split based on usage and so is additional to the advertised rate. Happy to discuss this.
