I have a room to rent for a lodger in my 2 bed flat for single occupancy. This is a 2nd floor flat and you will be sharing the flat with me

I am looking for a professional who works days, a contract worker or a student. Sorry no benefits.

Rent is £500 per calendar month with a £250 deposit refundable at the end of the rental if everything is fine with the room when you leave.

The room is currently furnished with a single bed, drawers, a small wardrobe, a cupboard and a desk with chair.

The flat contains a bathroom and separate toilet also a small functional kitchen.

The flat is 5 minutes from Junction 24 of the M4 so handy for Newport, Cardiff or Bristol.

All bills are included and there is broadband in the flat.

There is on street parking outside the flat on a first come basis
