My serene home on the front of a boating lake in Newquay has lovely morning light and nature walks nearby. It's only a five minute drive or fifteen to twenty minute walk to the town centre, beaches and saunas. There are large windows with lake view from the living room and bedroom with a small balcony also. 

I'm away for Jan and Feb and would like to open it up for a working single professional or couple who work remote to enjoy it and live by the sea in Cornwall for a period. I have a welcome pack of the best eats, coffee shops, day trips and destinations to visit while you're in the area.

My home is fully furnished to a high standard. I'm open to offers if you'd like the flat for two full months from January 2nd to March 2nd. 
All bills are included including Sky TV, WIFI and Netflix.
