The house is situated down Trethellan Hill on Pentire, which has a path directly down to the river Gannel, and is close to (walking distance) Fistral beach and town. All bills are included, with access to super fast fibre WiFi etc. except council tax (which is band A - £137 pcm).

My boyfriend and I live in the house (which has a separate entrance and feels very separate to the annexe)... We’re chilled, friendly, outdoorsy, respectful of personal space but also sociable. We both work full time and have plenty of sports that keep us out and about - particularly surfing/foiling and fitness. We’re looking for a like minded easy going clean/tidy person who is going to love and look after the annexe :)
