We have a large double room available in North Greenwich which is available from 1 December.

Our flat is 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite and one main bathroom). The person moving into the room available will be sharing the main bathroom with one flatmate who is super clean and hygienic.

The bedroom is lovely and has views overlooking the Thames which also has views of the cable cars 🚠 (can be very lovely and scenic, especially in the evenings).

The flat is located in North Greenwich within Greenwich Peninsula, which is 5 minute walk to North Greenwich Station and only a 2 minute walk to the o2 arena (which also has a bunch of restaurants and a shopping outlet) 🛍️

The flat is really safe with a 24 hour concierge. All residents have free access to the on-site gym, steam room, swimming pool, co-working areas, terrace with sun loungers and a cinema room.

Housemates: Both girls work in the medical profession and are between their late 20s / early 30s. Looking for someone who has a similar working pattern and working from home 1-2 days a week.

The room is £1259 (excluding bills). Bills are around £140 per month (council tax, energy, wifi, water and electricity).

There’s space in the living room to comfortably work from home, but if you’d like a change of scenery, you’ll also have access to the co-working space.
