Room in a Shared House, Ruskin Road, NN2

Hi potential renter! I bought this place a couple years ago and gave it a face lift myself where I take pride in my home. I've recently added an additional room and looking for the right person to move in.

The house is nice, quiet and clean where I am looking for someone who is respectful of this.

The room currently consists of:
- a brand new Ikea day bed which opens up in to a double, has 3 drawers for storage;
- matching bedside table;
- superfast broadband.

Depending on the candidate's requirements, I can add a wardrobe, desk and/or a chest of drawers ahead of moving in as I would want you to feel comfortable. It has lovely wooden blinds and gets plenty of sunlight up until about 3pm-ish.

The living room is spacious with a sofa, footstool, fire place and a smart tv mounted on the wall.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, Ninja air fryer, stove and a dining table which of course can be used.

The bathroom will be shared, is all white with a walk in shower and the standard sink and toilet and some storage for toiletries.

There is also a garden with grass, a BBQ / smoker and a clothes line.

I also have an indoor Bengal leopard cat but he's well trained, respects bed time and weekend lay ins.
