Are you looking for a comfortable place to stay in Kettering, Northamptonshire? Our 1 & 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, professionals, contractors, or groups of up to 5 people.

Located on a quiet high street in Desborough, our apartments offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, Wi-Fi. Bills will be charged to you monthly in arrears.

Approximately 5 minutes drive from the A14 connecting to the M1 and M6. Near to Kettering, Market Harborough, Northampton, and Rugby. Our apartments are the perfect option for families, contractors, and relocators.

✪ Living area - a peaceful area including a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV with access to your favourite streaming services, and a dining area.

✪ Fully equipped kitchen - a stylish area to show off your culinary skills. Appliances and equipment include a fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. Upon your arrival, you will receive a welcome basket including teas, coffee, milk, and biscuits.

✪ Bedroom- the main bedroom comes with a comfortable king bed which can be turned into single beds allowing for a good night's sleep. Storage facilities for your belongings include under-bed drawers, hanging rail, and a chest of drawers. Smart TV in the bedrooms with access to streaming services. Iron and ironing board available in all apartments.

2 bedroom apartments come with an additional bedroom offering a double bed.

Unless otherwise requested, the bed will be set up as one king-size bed and we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for a different bed preference. If your arrival is within the next 48 hours, we will do our best to fulfil your request. The main bedroom is large enough to accommodate a travel cot (supplied by you or upon request).

✪ Cleaning
End-of-stay professional clean is already included in the cost. We will arrange for a fortnightly professional clean and linen change with you directly at an additional cost of £32 (for 2 hours). Should you wish to have your apartment cleaned more regularly, this can be arranged at an additional fee directly with us.

✪ Guest access
On the day of arrival, you will receive an email containing information on your apartment number and lock box code. You can check in any time between 3-9 pm. If you require a later check-in, please let us know before 9 pm.

Prices start from £450 per week or £1,775 pcm and prices can vary depending on which apartment you book (1 or 2 bedroom), number of guests, length of stay, and availability.

The Home Makers Hub Ltd has been bringing serviced accommodation to locations across The Midlands since early 2023. With a wealth of previous hospitality experience, we want you to feel relaxed and comfortable when staying with us and aim to deliver that home-from-home feeling.
