I moved to London in the new year and have been renting out my lovely flat in NR2. My current tenant is hoping to move out on the 1st October, so it will be available from then. I am hoping to rent it out to someone responsible and nice who will take care of it and love living here.
The flat is a 1 bedroom ex council building and is very well built and insulated. There is no-one above or below and you have your own front door, so it’s more like a bungalow really. The rooms are all a good size (I need a better picture of the bedroom but it's the same size as the lounge, with a double bed to the left of the picture). It is a 5 minute walk from Chapelfield park and a 30 minute walk from UEA.
It’s on a really nice street with a good community. There are at least 3 good pubs within a 5 min walk. There is a WhatsApp group for borrowing/swapping and information sharing.
It is fully furnished and white goods are included (and almost brand new).

- Water is about £34
- I currently have BT fibre optic broadband at £52 per month and am happy to leave this installed if you would rather pay me for the broadband and avoid installation charge (I’ve never had any problems, internet seems very fast)
The exterior of the building is maintained by the council, and I pay an annual charge for this (I will continue to pay it).
It’s available on a standard 12 month rolling tenancy, with a 6 month break clause. Pets are considered -- a cat who doesn't need a flap or a small dog would be ok.
