Quiet neighbourhood with a strong sense of community. On bus route to city, 8-minute walk to Waitrose, 10-minute cycle to UEA (much on off-road cycle path), 10-minute drive to hospital for medical staff, plus easy walks to Marston Marshes, shops, and pubs.
Prefer a family, professional couple, or 2-3 professionals who know one another well. Would also possibly consider 2-3 mature post-graduate students who already know one another well. We regret we are unable to host more than 3 adults. Rent INCLUDES COUNCIL TAX, wi-fi, cleaner, gardener, water but not gas/electric. Will consider some pets. We are an academic family on work leave and this is our personal home, so tenancy must end by 15 June 2025 when we return.
