3 Double bedrooms (slightly larger downstairs one not pictured, see floor plan), 2 new bathrooms, dining room, office, brand new kitchen, lovely lounge opening into a small conservatory, and nice sunny garden.

The entire house has recently been renovated top to bottom and extended with adult sharers and work-from-home in mind so there's plenty of nice separate spaces to gather in or be alone. Sunny garden. Free unrestricted parking on street.  

Your commitments
We're asking for £1875 for the whole property, so the split could be 3 people at £500 each and one paying £375 for the small room but up to you as a household to decide. (bills NOT included, Council tax about 1500/yr for house if applicable). Bills-inclusive package available at £27 ppp week. We don't mind a couple in the group (ie divide £1875 some other way, leave the small bedroom empty as dressing room/office/for guests) BUT legally we can't have more than 4 residents total. Possibility we could extend to 5 residents in future.  

LOCATION:
Britannia Road is a lovely quiet street in Thorpe Hamlet, a nice residential neighbourhood. You are near large food shops, 10 min walk to the station, on bus route and close to the city, cathedral and NUA. 2 mins to small cafe, corner shop, chip shop. Beryl share bikes/scooters 1 min away. 3 min stroll to Ketts Hill and the Mousehold estate - a huge green space which has great running trails, walks etc. 
ABOUT US:
The house is privately owned and was done up by our family, and our philosophy is pretty simple - nice houses for nice people :)
...so we've spent lots of time thinking about how to make the house both practical and nice for sharers to live in.

ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for a group of friendly renters who ideally know each other already and are ok to sign a single 12 month contract. VIEWINGS this week by arrangement.
