Due to opting to study from home, I will be leaving my room unoccupied for the remainder of this year and I’m looking for a new student tenant from either UEA or NUA! You can move in whenever, but the tenancy ends August 2021.
It’s a spacious double bed room, with plenty of storage, desk and a mirror. The most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in my life! There is a lovely garden with seating and access from a back-gate. Two bathrooms with bath and shower included. Additionally, there is a mezzanine room which can be used for storage. You’ll be living with 1 boy and 2 girls. Very kind, sociable and funny friends. I can pass you over to them and you can get to know them better!
The house feels very homely and unique. It is £450 per month plus bills. I am willing to compromise a cheaper price with fair reasoning.
The house is along Dereham Road and is about a 30 min walk to uni with bus routes, very close to town with a Tesco, Aldi and other shops within easy walking distance. Located within a friendly neighbourhood area with plenty of walks etc.
