Hi, I have two double sized fully furnished rooms in a four storey house ideally located in city centre location of Norwich - one minute walk to main bus station and 15 minute walk train station - easy access to NNUH or University. Basement has a lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There is a shower which would be shared between yourself and one other person. All white goods. Rear garden and conservatory. All bills will be included - gas, electric, water rates, council tax and internet - virgin media so excellent speeds. Gas central heating. I am looking for sharers who would want a quiet base rather than a party house. Non-smoking professionals who appreciate  a comfortable living space in a no drama environment. The rooms are mainly for single occupancy not for couples or families. No pets - wooden floors and four storey so wouldn't suit the set up. Regular cleaner will be arranged. It would be a one month rolling contract. Locality wise you have award winning Trafford Pub on your doorstep, with Sainsburys and Tescos and gyms walking distance too. I am not spending much time at the house currently and looking for an individual sharer who would like a centrally located base. £640 and 730 pcm all bills.
