Hi, I have two double sized rooms in a four storey house ideally located in city centre location of Norwich - one minute walk to main bus station and 15 minute walk train station - easy access to NNUH or University. Both rooms are on the ground floor - both a good size - one particularly large. Basement has a lounge and fully equipped kitchen. There is a shower which would be shared between yourself and one other person. All white goods. Rear garden and conservatory. All bills will be included - gas, electric, water rates, council tax and internet - virgin media so excellent speeds. I am looking for sharers who want a quiet base rather than a party house. Non-smoking professionals who want a comfortable living space in a no drama environment. The rooms are for mainly single occupancy not for couples or families. No pets - wooden floors and four storey so wouldn't suit the set up. Fortnightly cleaner will be arranged. It would be a one month rolling contract. Locality wise you have award winning Trafford Pub on your doorstep, with Sainsburys and Tescos and gyms walking distance too. I am not spending much time at the house currently and looking for two individual sharers who would like a centrally located base. Each room is priced individually - one double 675 pcm all bills and second double (very large) 750 pcm all bills.
