The bungalow is freshly renovated, tastefully decorated, spacious and has off road parking.

The room is single occupancy only @ £575 per room

All household bills and WI-FI are included and £575 security deposit would be needed

At the moment there is one female, one male , Toots (the cat) and two bunnies.

The bungalow has a relaxed, quiet and calm atmosphere and we are looking for our new housemate to be easy going and respectful of each other.

No smoking and no pets as this would upset our resident furry friends.

Availability is from the end of March, with a three month rental period and rolling three months.
