We have a large double room available (blue/grey) to rent in a bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hethersett, a 10 - 15 minute bus ride from Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital and Research Park also with regular bus routes to the city.

The bungalow is freshly renovated, tastefully decorated, spacious and has off road parking.

The room is single occupancy only @ £575 pcm 

All household bills and WI-FI are included and a security deposit would be needed.

At the moment there is one female, one male and Toots (the cat) and two bunnies.

Facilities include:

Brand new modern kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, table and chairs,

Freshly refurbished shower room,

Utility with washing machine,

Large cupboard with hanging rail and shelves,

A dedicated TV room, in addition to TV’s in each bedroom,

The bungalow has a relaxed, quiet and calm atmosphere and we are looking for our new housemate to be easy going and respectful of each other.

No smoking and no pets as this would upset our resident furry friends.

Availability is current, with a three month rental period and rolling three months.
