The private entrance (a separate entrance from myself at the separate part of the house) is for the guest/s, lodger/s. The middle living room is also private for only lodgers, as the house is divided and I have my separate part of the house and I live alone. This area is only for the guests/lodgers only.
The private living room has a 60" TV and Lodger/Guest has the double bedroom upstairs. The area of Unthank Road, and this very special cul-de-sac road, which is private is located 15 minutes walk to the City Centre and 1 minute walk to the bus stops which one way go to the city every 10 minutes all day and all weekend and the other bus stop to the left, which is 1 minute walk has the No.25 bus which goes to the UEA and runs every 10 minutes.
There is a Co-op 2 minutes at the top of the road and Tesco to the right which is one minute walk at the top of the road of Rose Valley, Unthank Road, which has bars, coffee shops, shops and Golden Triangle restaurants all along the road also. I am looking for a professional lodger/s, and could work from home UEA Lecture, Police, NHS, Student for this quiet area, road and house.
The area down the Cul-De-Sac is very secluded and peaceful and the house is south facing so gets the sun from morning till night on the front and back patios. Couples £195 extra.
