Two spacious double bedrooms available for lodgers of live-in landlord (male, late 30s).   One room has the option for a second small, private office room if required.   Use of kitchen, bathroom and two large living rooms with landlord, garden out the front and shaded patio area and conservatory at the back.  On-road parking with permit.  6 minutes walk to the city.  Property is fully furnished (though currently without beds), has very fast fibre broadband.  Lots of Victorian features and high ceiling. Second bathroom has just been renovated (June 2024) and new heating boiler.

   A family is moving out of the property and the rooms will be available from late July. 

Photos of rooms are to show size, as they are currently habited (and a too untidy to show on the internet!) as the current lodgers move out, I will be able to upload more recent photos.  The property is a little tired and in need of a redecoration, which we are currently saving for and some of this work will (hopefully) be being undertaken in the next few months, hence the lower price.
