The house is a short walk from the University West Entrance and close to Beeston shops and the bus route to the centre of Nottingham.

The Property
The house has been designed with students in mind. The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is equipped with a large American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave, oven/hob and dishwasher, with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility room upstairs. The lounge/diner in the conservatory has a dining table with seating for five, plus a comfy leather sofa and pouffe. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bath. The large tarred area at the front of the house has parking for three cars. The pretty back garden is secluded and peaceful, with decking, garden furniture and a Swiss-chalet style garden shed. The garden is maintained regularly by the landlord.
