I've just finished my junior doctor training in Ophthalmology at QMC, nottingham, and am moving back down south.

The house is currently on the market for sale, and I’m moving down to London with my family, so won't truly be a 'live in landlord' - for the cost of a 1 bed, you’ll have a partially furnished 5/6 bed house pretty much to yourself.

Separate to the main house, there is an attached, self-contained annexe, where my mother will continue living until the house is sold, and I will maintain my own bedroom to visit 1-2x/month.

Couples +/- children welcome. No Smokers / pets.

Just need to keep the place clean and tidy (especially for house sale viewings)

Close to Bramcote Lane tram stop and A52 for commute to Derby, etc
