Room in a Shared House, Colmon Walk, NG5

Double room to rent in NG5 area, room will be decorated and carpet replaced before tenant move in. This is my own home so I’m looking for someone “normal” 😂previous tenant lived happily for almost 2 years as you can see the room was thoroughly “loved”. Carpets to be replaced and room decorated before moving in, available to the end of November but we can discuss a suitable option for you. Room comes with cupboard opposite for storage included in costs. All bills also included, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils and utilities also included and basics such as toilet rolls and toothpaste will always be available. I’m very accommodating and more than happy to make changes to suit the individual and make the house a welcoming home. I personally stay at the house 3 nights a week sometimes less (single room also available to rent). I’m open to couples moving in however rent will be extra ofcourse due to more energy and appliance use.
