Garden has patio and decking due for refurbishment in summer.

Internet, and TV (sky/netflix) included.

Street parking but space isn't an issue.
Quiet road and nice neighbors.

LIDL across the road and a 5-10 minuet walk to co-op and Morrisons.

Walking distance to multiple bus stops and train station (Carlton or Netherfield), Victoria business park and Netherfeild town center.
20 public transport to Nottingham city center.

I am 22 Female, unemployed due to medical reasons, I love cooking and pretty sociable but do like my personal space. LGBTQ+ friendly, may be a cat moving in at some point. I will do the cleaning in the communal areas as long as the house is kept relatively tidy. You can have access to a hoover if you need one.
