Very large first floor room in a well looked after house, managed directly by live-out landlord. The room has views over the garden and castle boulevard. It is a large room which is perfect for someone looking for a place to work from home as well as live and sleep. The room despite being large is single occupancy, meaning it is for one tenant only.
In the rest of the house, many kitchen appliances recently upgraded in the last 18 months (new fridges, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, new boiler). I am a proactive landlord that likes to stay on top of maintenance. There is ample storage space in the kitchen for everyone. Living room with 2 sofas and TV, and there is a garden and a terrace outside the kitchen and living room with views over castle boulevard. There is also a downstairs loo. Main bathroom is on the first floor and is shared by 4 tenants. There is a seperate toilet on first floor also, so the toilet can be used when the bathroom is in use.
The house is a 5-bed, 6 tenants total (one room is a double occupancy). Current tenants are all young professionals or phd post-grads. Everyone generally keeps themselves to themselves and tries to cohabit the house in a responsible and considerate way. People generally stay beyond their fixed term because it is a nice house that they want to stay in, this has resulted in a nice settled house without too much turnover of people.
