Looking for a student to take over a tenancy agreement for a room in a 6 bed house in Lenton for £159 p/w (not including bills) contract until 20/07/25. The house is 5 boys who are second year students and all attend the University of Nottingham. First rent instalment and deposit has already been paid, I am not looking for any reimbursement, therefore you will only have to pay rent from the 22nd October, Bills can be discussed I don’t mind covering them for the tenancy.

I rented this room through Student Cribs, which is a reputable, national student accommodation provider with several properties in the Nottingham area. I am now looking for someone to take over the tenancy which runs until 17th July 2025
