Blackberry Lodge is a Beautifully appointed  new park home privately sited on this little farmstead, .
Buck House Farm is situated down a private lane approx one mile from the busy well appointed village of Kirkby Malzeard. It is apporx equidistant from Masham (5 miles) and Ripon (6miles).  The surrounding countryside is AONB and very beautiful.

The Lodge will be available on a bi-monthly basis (Or monthly according to discretionary circumstances), from mid  until March 2025. It will then revert as a holiday let.

This Park lodge is fully winterised and is very warm and comfortable in the winter months. It is designed as an all year round accommodation.

Blackberry Lodge was  situated early in 2019 and has been used as a holiday rental. It has earned 5* ratings throughout.
It is sited in a large private garden overlooking stunning countryside and has a lovely big veranda.
It is fully furnished to an exemplary standard and completely self contained as for a holiday let. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 roomy bunk beds suitable for adults and children.
Gas central heating/hot water and cooking. Free Wi Fi and excellent internet availability. All included in the rental cost.
The bathroom is very spacious with a walk in shower. 
Suitable for country loving couple possibly in between houses,  looking for  short term rental on a bi/ monthly basis.. Must have transport, bond and references.
One only, small and well behaved dog is a possibility. We have sheep and poultry about so can ony accept sensible dogs  .
The Lodge is immaculate so only suitable for houseproud tenant!
For this short term use, the rent includes use of gas and electric.
