A door leads into the hallway from which the living room can be accessed.  The dual-aspect living room has two large sofas, a log burner in a grand granite fireplace and a desk.  A door from the living room leads into the utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, oil-fired boiler and additional storage.  

Half way up the stairs is a guest cloakroom and at the top of the stairs is the shower room.  Four large bedrooms have doorways from the landing.  Two have double beds, one a king size bed and the other currently has a kids single house-style bed.  All have wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.  At the far end of the landing is an additional small bedroom/office and a large bathroom with claw-foot bath and countryside view.

There is an easy to maintain well-established garden with two sheds and a wooden carport currently used as a log store. Please note that the neighbouring property has a pedestrian right of way across the gravelled driveway which is regularly used, but not the main access to their property.

Parking for two cars is available on the gravel driveway and additional parking for up to three cars on the wide country lane directly outside the gate.  Fast broadband is available.
