Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my room in Clive Booth Postgraduate center. It should be a full time Oxford Brooke’s student.
Room with a great view, a lot of natural light and sun throughout the day. It has an ensuite and storage. Bills and WiFi (great broadband) included in the rent. The flat has a shared kitchen/living room area with 5 great and very friendly flatmates from different nationalities. The hall had a big inside garden with a pond and lounge for all the students. Laundry is inside the hall as well.
Room is roughly (2.7 X 4.5) metres including the shower room. It is furnished with a bed-base and mattress, mattress protector, desk and desk chair, reading lamp, wardrobe and curtains. Pinboards are provided for posters. Shower room is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet
The hall is a 2min walk from a bus station, and a 7min walk from Oxford Brookes University (the university has a Co-op on-site)
