Lovely Room in Shared House, 3 mins to bus stop



I’ve just been offered a place at college accommodation, so I’m looking for someone to replace me in a lovely house shared with 4 other people. The house is located in a quiet and secure residential area, just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop.

Your room is on the second floor and is fully furnished with a new wardrobe, double bed, and desk, plus a large window that lets in lots of natural light. You’ll only share the bathroom with one other person.

The house is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a fully furnished kitchen and a shared living room. Everyone in the house is kind, respectful, and welcoming. Three are students, and one is working. Our landlady is nice and very responsive.

The tenant should also be able to pay the first 5-month instalment upfront and commit to continuing the tenancy until the end of August 2025.

I need to move closer to my college, but it’s definitely a great place to live. Both professionals and students are welcome.
