Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be moving to another city for work. The house is clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location – right in Cowley, OX4 1HD. It’s a short 5–6 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (Tesco and Sainsbury’s), and just a 20-minute walk to Oxford city centre.

The house is HMO-licensed, well-connected, and only a 5–6 minute walk to bus stops on both Cowley and Iffley Roads.

The room is a spacious double with a lovely view of the main street. Rent is £750 per month (bills not included). Bills, which cover council tax, water, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi, are paid separately and total approximately £110 per month (much less during warmer months).

The house comes with a huge garden, a big, airy kitchen, and a cosy living room—perfect for relaxing!

The current housemates are 3 full-time male working professionals who are super friendly and welcoming. I’m ideally looking for another male professional to join them.
