This room is on the first floor of a family home, it's spacious, modern, very well presented, and is available to move into immediately (subject to references) 

We are looking for a female tenant only for a 3 month contract, and have the following strict rules which would have to be observed:

-No non-halal meat to be consumed on the property
-No alcohol to be consumed on the property 
-No male visitors allowed 
-No messy people to apply, we are looking for clean and organised people only (preferably professionals) 
-Only upstairs toilet to be used (not downstairs) 
-No allocated parking available 
-No children
-No couples 
-Professionals only with references available (students might be considered)
