Room in a Shared House, Birch Road, TN12

Our home is occupied by myself, my wife who is pregnant with our son, due in September and my 3 year old daughter who spends 50% of her time with us. We have 2 cats who are very lovable and friendly. We're renting out our spare room which just happens to be the largest bedroom in the house. We have 2 living rooms, dining area, large kitchen, garage and wooden shed in a large garden. We have a reasonably large drive and free street parking. You will have your own bathroom with bath, shower and sink. There are 2 shared toilets in the house to use. My wife and I have our own ensuite. I work in the emergency services and my wife works in healthcare, we both work from home quite a lot. This is a friendly, happy house. We are looking for an easy going person who respects our home and keeps things as clean and tidy as they can. We are happy to talk to anyone interested in short or long term rental.
