Room in a Shared Flat, High Street, SE20

Hi there, potential roomie! My flatmate (27F) and I (29F) are looking for a flatmate for our third bedroom. We are both from the USA and are working professionals.

Ideally, we would have a 6 month tenancy (with the potential to extend) but we could be flexible on that if it is the right fit. The deposit is paid directly to the landlord (5 week’s rent) during the referencing process. Bills are not included and typically range from 130-175 pp.

We will share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom areas.

The flat is on the high street, just an 8 min walk from Penge West Overground station and 5 min walk from Penge East Southeastern Rail station. We are just down the road from the lovely Crystal Palace Park :)

Note: we’re on the top floor and there is no lift!
