Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed w. orthopaedic mattress, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe with drawers, a single drawer desk and Louvre chair.

Ensuite comprises of a sizeable 800mm shower quadrant enclosure, electric shower, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and mirror.

For the safety of our students and others visiting the property, CCTV is in operation externally and in communal areas.

We understand that you want to spend your money on the things that matter most. Therefore our alternative to a cash heavy deposit is “Reposit”. This allows you to pay a small fee instead of a substantial tenancy deposit, giving you greater financial freedom. Should you be successful with your application, you will be sent a link to help you set up your Reposit account.

If you choose to go down the more traditional route for a deposit, it will be 2 months rent.
