Dunkeld Road house boast of incredible co-living spaces which can be found on the ground floor.
These include:
a beautiful matt black kitchen with two hobs, two ovens, two 50/50 fridge freezers, coin operated washing machines and driers and ample storage.
an open plan living-dining room, equipped with bar height breakfast bar/study space, sofa and television.
For the safety of students and others visiting the property, CCTV is in operation.

We understand that you want to spend your money on the things that matter most. Therefore the alternative to a cash heavy deposit is “Reposit”. This allows you to pay a small fee instead of a substantial tenancy deposit, giving you greater financial freedom. If you choose to go down the more traditional route for a deposit, it will be 2 months rent.
