Short term let accommodation with minimum 3 months let. Suit couple or single person.  Ideal for people working on short term contracts or between houses. Longer let negotiable depending on your circumstances. 

Good sized studio with access to fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. Double bed, settee/divan, chest of drawers, book case, storage space. Full size cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Bed linen and towels provided and laundered. 

Use of large country garden and off-street parking. £550 pcm (£575 for two people) includes Council Tax. Fuel is extra. Service charge for cleaning £60 pcm. No admin fees.
