- Doctor relocating due to work, hence renting out current flat
- Prefer email communications over phone calls due to the busy nature of day to day work
- Provide prompt responses to all emails/messages and try best to accommodate reasonable requests
- I am a private landlord and will be living 1 hour away. I will be managing the flat and also have landlord insurance cover that includes 24/7 emergency helpline for urgent problems.

Desired tenant criteria;

Please note this property is NOT a HMO (House of multiple occupation) and I will not be accepting applications of multiple households. However, I can accept up to 2 adults of different households (ex. two adult flatmates).

- Tenants that will avoid practices that can cause infestation of bugs (leaving food uncovered, leaving food in cupboard corners, rotting food in fridge, or leaving food that can rot when going for holidays, not defrosting the fridge/freezer which affects the life of the appliance)
- Tenants that are mindful of noise, neighbours and will not cause disturbance to others living in the building
