Opal Villas offers a fully self-contained ensuite studio apartment with its own kitchenette that comes with a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and portable induction HOB. Within the room you will have the bed, desk area and wardrobe supplied offering a comfortable place to relax after a hard day. Rooms start at £135 a week for a single increasing to £175 a week for a large balcony room.

Secure parking is available on site, this must be pre-booked and comes at an additional cost.

Located in the centre of Plymouth a short walk from the Hoe, Barbican and shops Opal Villas is perfectly located for all your needs. Royal Parade is a 2 minute walk away where you are able to catch a bus to all areas of Plymouth and the wider Devon and Cornwall areas, the coach station is a 5 minute walk and the train station is a 10 minute walk away.

The building is staffed 7 days a week and are able to take any post or deliveries leaving you free to enjoy your day without worrying about having to wait in. There is also an on-site maintenance operative and an emergency out of hours helpline so you know you are fully covered at all times.

Your stay is flexible with no deposit required and only one weeks notice required to leave. Rent is payable weekly in advance and all bills are included with the exception of the TV license and Electricity. All studios have free high speed Wi-Fi giving you one less worry.

Students and DSS are welcome however, Opal Villas is not suitable for children. Require references and will conduct a credit check before move in.
