My two gorgeous girls and two boys, between the ages of 8-15 years, will usually stay over one night at the weekend. They’re lots of fun to be around and have around. The house does come alive for this 24 hours or so!

Use of washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and rotary airer in garden.

All bills included, so gas, electricity, water rates, council tax and Vodafone full fibre 500 broadband (Average speed 500Mbps). I don't skimp on heating, so if it's cold, it's on.

My preference for a female is purely based on me having my children in the house on occasions. That’s not to say I wouldn’t consider the right male.

I also have an ensuite double room to rent, although will only be letting one or the other though, not both.
