Beautiful bright spacious home in Porthtowan-400 metres walk to the glorious surfers beach and hilltop walks! The village has a well stocked convenience store, pub, restaurant/bar, surf shop, hairdressers and takeaways. 

Looking for a lovely lodger who is tidy, clean, respectful, with a sense of humour and good at communicating.

Cosy double (or single) room- currently 2 single beds (see photo) one single bed can be removed or changed for a double bed. This room comes with its own allocated private lounge.
(There is a spacious bathroom-shared between room 2 and landlady (I will be using this bathroom occasionally) . Clean and bright with plenty of storage space

There is an attic space available for larger items (suitcases etc)

Shared areas-
Kitchen/diner, electric oven and induction hob (different to photo) microwave and most of kitchen things you will need are already in place plus cupboard space will be allocated to accommodate your kitchen needs as well as space in the large American style fridge/freezer. 

Large hallway with storage for coats and shoes

Utility room-cupboards, washing machine-tumble dryer, space for muddy boots, downstairs W.C. and access to the garden. 

Large comfortable lounge.

Large walled sunny courtyard garden plus a steep wilderness area. 

Off street parking available for household and there is a regular bus route nearby. 

I am a professional artist and psychotherapist, live a quiet healthy lifestyle, enjoy the arts and outside activities. 

I have 2 loving older cats so patience with animals is a must! As much as I love animals-sorry but no other pets will be considered. 


I am looking for people who like a comfortable homely home but appreciate the need for the house to be kept clean and tidy for the benefits of all occupants. I am happy to occasionally cook, watch a movie or garden together.
