We have six large double rooms available in a generously sized apartment in Portsea. The apartment offers views of the Spinnaker Tower from both common areas and bedrooms.
Each room features a spacious double bed, mattress protector, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, mirror, and bedside table.

The property is fully furnished, with all bills included. There are two shared bathrooms. The apartment is located on the top floor, ensuring a quiet environment; however, it may not be suitable for tenants with injuries or disabilities that prevent them from using the stairs. The apartment is impeccably clean, recently painted, and completely equipped with all kitchen utensils, three fridges, and freezers.

The property is currently vacant and seeking new students to commence tenancy agreements. Due to shared bathroom facilities, we would offer an all-male or all-female tenant agreement.
