“My husband and I moved to Portsmouth 18 years ago, and we have professional jobs in the NHS and public sector. We bought the flat seven years ago and we love it because it is so bright, spacious and full of character. The flat would be ideal for a couple or professional sharers, and university students would be considered too – it is worth noting that both rooms are double, but given that the master bedroom is massive, we are open to allowing sharers to split the rent according to room size.
We have made ongoing improvements to the flat over the years, including redecoration and new carpets, and we have changed many of the appliances recently including the fridge, cooker and washing machine.
All paperwork is up to date including EICR electrical certificate.
