This privately owned apartment is located in a local authority building so please be aware of this when booking. There is a communal entrance which takes you up to the third floor. Please note there is not a lift. The apartment then has it's own front door which takes you to the hallway, with the kitchen to the right and the main living room ahead where there is a dining table and sofas to seat 6. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed and pull out single bed, then in the second bedroom another double bed with a single day bed.
This is in a council estate location with several flat in the block. There is a shared entrance and then a private front door when up at the third floor. Parking is in the local streets and permits will be provided for one car. If you have additional cars then there is a small private car park less than 2 minutes walk that can be booked in advance. Please ask us for details when booking if this is the case. This property is in a council building.
Taxis and Ubers in Portsmouth are readily available and very inexpensive as the city is so small. Local taxis can be booked by phone or app and the most popular one is Aqua Cars. Uber also operates a lot in the city and can be arranged via the app.
If you’re getting a taxi from Gunwharf Quays, they are twice the price if you go to the taxi rank rather than ordering one in advance. Alternatively many places are walkable. A walk from Albert Road to Palmerston road is roughly 10 mins.
Please take note of the following details:
**Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am. Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
**Additional Services: Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.
This property is happy to accept pets for a fee of £25 per booking. Please advise when you make your reservation if you are bringing a pet with you.

Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
