Room in a Shared House, Spring Gardens, PR1

I have a double room to let in my quirky 2 bedroom dormer bungalow in a quite, safe neighbourhood.

The room has just been painted and includes a TV with access to Netflix, Paramount and Prime. The bed is good quality and has storage within the base. It is situated downstairs and has a lovely view of the garden. If you like peace and quiet, this is perfect for you.

The house has a fully equipped gallley kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. 

There is unlimited broadband, plenty of storage and ample parking. The local bus stops are only 5 minutes walk away and the town centre is about 10 minutes drive. 

I have a lovely private garden round the back that isn't overlooked and a secure double garage. I grow my own herbs and vegetables so if you enjoy cooking, I have plenty of supplies!

This is a smoking house so I do my best to keep the house smelling fresh. I also have 2 cats but they are very timid and you probably won't see them too much.

This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoy my own company but I also socialising with my housemates. That being said, this is not a party house. 

My house is clean and tidy and I like it to be kept that way. I am happy to keep on top of this and just ask that you clean up after yourself and don't make any additional mess.
