The drive has enough space for 1 car (which is already being used) but there is plenty of free street parking just outside

There is also a patteo and small garden, as well as a cellar for storage

The bedroom available is:

First floor double bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe

Furnished with double bed, double mattress, under-bed storage drawers, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, chair and bin. Blackout curtains over the windows have been installed since the pictures on this ad were taken.

Shared living room and kitchen

It's a 5 bedroom house, currently with 3 other tenants. I (the landlord) live close by and am directly contactable for any issues that the tenants have.

Age and profession aren't too important, as long as you are friendly and respectful!
