We are looking for either students or working persons.. We will provide a wardrobe, chest of drawers,  and double bed. You have to share the kitchen (which has a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric toaster built in gas hob, electric oven) and bathroom. Bills not included but work about £50 to £60 per month . You will also need to clean the stairs and hallway, kitchen, bathroom on a rota decided by all tenants. We will need proof that you are either a student or employed.
