Other things to note➞ Guests will have access to the house purely to themselves, by accessing the key located on the lockbox at the entrance. Guests have access to 1 parking space and to the garden as well.
➞ The property has CCTV on the front door and back garden and it is recording 24/7. It is not monitored and are for security purposes only and to make sure that house rules are followed.
➞ The property is equipped with a noise sensor monitor – Please make sure you respect the quiet hours between 10pm – 8am. Alarm will sound and hosts are notified if otherwise
➞ Guests might be required to provide ID of all guests staying in the property. Sign a rental agreement and pay a damage deposit (refundable) upon inspection of the property.
➞ Guests not registered on the booking, are not allowed to visit the property.
➞ Candles and open flames are not allowed inside the property
