House Rules

Guests will have Full access to the property purely to themselves, by accessing the key located on the lockbox at the entrance.

➞ The property has Video Door Bell on the front door and it is recording 24/7. It is not monitored and are for Security & Safety purposes only and to make sure that house rules are followed.

➞ Please make sure you respect the quiet hours between 10pm – 8am.

➞ Guests might be required to provide ID of all guests staying in the property. Sign a rental agreement and pay a damage deposit (refundable) upon inspection of the property.

➞ Guests not registered on the booking, are not allowed to visit the property.

➞ Candles and open flames are not allowed inside the property

➞ An offline damaged deposit will be required (Refundable)
